Primary Wave has struck a deal with the estate of Wilson Pickett, taking on the late soul singer’s publishing catalog along with his name, image and likeness rights. The company announced the agreement on Wednesday, September 2.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Pickett, known for hits including “In the Midnight Hour” and “Mustang Sally,” died in 2006, and the deal adds his catalog to Primary Wave’s growing portfolio of legacy music rights.
