Live Nation is preparing a leadership change in its legal department. Michael Rowles, who has served as the company’s General Counsel for two decades, is stepping back from the role, with Da-Wai Hu, currently General Counsel at Chewy, set to take over.
The transition will run over 14 months, during which Live Nation will carry two Executive Vice Presidents, General Counsel and Secretary on its books. Hu joins the company on November 2, while Rowles remains through 2028 to oversee the handover.
