Songwriter Johnny McDaid, known for his work with Ed Sheeran and Snow Patrol, received the BMI President’s Award at the 2026 BMI London Awards. The honor recognizes his contributions as a songwriter and producer.
The ceremony was hosted by BMI CEO Mike O’Neill and EVP, Chief Revenue & Creative Officer Mike Steinberg, who presented the award as part of the performing rights organization’s annual London event celebrating its songwriters and composers.
