Broadcaster Steve Lamacq has joined Chrysalis Records and Blue Raincoat Music in a newly created role as Curator, New Music & Talent Development. He will work across both companies to help spot and develop emerging artists.
Lamacq’s remit puts him alongside the A&R, management and creative teams at the two firms, which share ownership under the same corporate umbrella. The appointment signals a push by Chrysalis and Blue Raincoat to strengthen their early-stage talent pipeline.
