Canadian expat artist Mager BooBoo has released a music video for “Earth Sun Moon,” the third single from his debut solo album “Oops!,” following previous tracks “Dumb” and “Monkey See Donkey Do.” The video’s animation was created by Thai artist Kmonvish Lawan, who performs as Namo and is currently studying contemporary music at UCSI University in Malaysia.

According to the announcement, the song blends alt-pop, alt-rock, art rock, indie rock and psychedelic rock elements, with lyrics tracing the evolution of consciousness on Earth. Mager BooBoo, the stage name of Robert Bachtell Eastland, writes and performs all elements of his music himself, including vocals, guitar, bass and programmed drums, and also handles production and sound engineering.

Eastland, 64, is a Canadian who lives in Thailand and teaches English at Mahasarakham University. His background includes work in musical theatre, radio and television, as well as a stint in the band 101 with his brother. Lawan’s other musical projects include the bands KMONRAFIQ, Numainstream and Romologic, alongside solo work under his own name.
