The National Music Publishers’ Association has added Warner Chappell Music Chair and CEO Guy Moot to its board of directors. The move comes a week after Moot took over as sole chair of Warner Chappell on October 1.
The appointment places one of publishing’s most prominent executives in a direct policy role at the NMPA, which represents music publishers on licensing, royalty and legislative matters affecting the industry.
