Guns N’ Roses will join Aerosmith as special guest performers for two Hollywood Bowl concerts on Oct. 29 and Nov. 1, part of the previously announced “California, Dream On: Aerosmith & Friends” shows marking Aerosmith’s return to the stage. The event is produced by Live Nation-Hewitt Silva, the exclusive promoter of non-classical concerts at the venue.
The bill also includes The Black Crowes, Run-DMC, Heart, Billy Idol, Eric Church, Sammy Hagar, Tom Morello, Marcus King, Jerry Cantrell, Chad Smith, Nuno Bettencourt and others, with organizers saying additional artists and surprise guests will be announced. Lineups are expected to vary by night and are subject to change up to showtime.
Artist presale begins Friday at 10 a.m. PST, with general on-sale Saturday at 10 a.m. PST through Aerosmith.com.
