Rebecca Allen is leaving Universal Music Group UK, stepping down from her role as Chief Artist and Strategy Officer after nearly three decades at the company. Allen had only recently moved into the newly created position, having been promoted to the role in December 2025.
Her exit marks the end of a lengthy tenure at Universal, where she held a series of senior positions over the years. UMG has not yet detailed who will take over her responsibilities or what prompted the departure.
