Steven Page, co-founder of Barenaked Ladies, will release a holiday album titled Steven’s Greetings on Nov. 13 via Fresh Baked Goods. The 10-song collection mixes new originals, holiday standards and re-recorded material from Page’s catalog, performed largely with longtime collaborators Craig Northey and Kevin Fox as the Steven Page Trio.

The album includes the original track “Cheese Log,” which began as a soundcheck improvisation, along with “Drinking ‘Round The Christmas Tree,” “Christmas In Toronto” and a cover of Frankie Goes to Hollywood’s “The Power of Love.” It also revisits earlier Page compositions, including “Hanukkah Blessings,” first recorded on Barenaked Ladies’ 2004 release Barenaked for the Holidays, now featuring his son Isaac on vocals. Page’s three sons and Spirit of the West’s Geoffrey Kelly also appear on the record, which Page produced and recorded in Calgary and Syracuse, New York.

Page will tour the U.S. and Canada in November and December in support of the album, with stops including Toronto, New York and Victoria, British Columbia, where he will perform two dates with the Victoria Symphony. According to the announcement, several shows, including dates in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and London, Ontario, are already sold out.
