System of a Down will perform at Pasadena’s Rose Bowl Stadium on June 5, 2027, with Pierce the Veil as support, marking the band’s first-ever show at the venue. The concert, promoted by Live Nation and 30e, is billed as System of a Down’s only North American performance in 2027. The Rose Bowl date joins a run of previously announced 2027 shows in Rio de Janeiro, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Wellington.
The announcement follows what the band describes as a sold-out European and UK summer stadium tour, including multiple nights in Paris, London and Warsaw. It also comes amid celebrations of the 25th anniversary of System of a Down’s album Toxicity, marked last week with an exhibition at Beyond the Streets in Los Angeles featuring artifacts from the album’s era.
Tickets go on sale to the public October 26 via Ticketmaster, with an artist presale beginning October 23. Fans can register for presale access through October 21. Pierce the Veil, currently touring behind sold-out dates at Madison Square Garden, Red Rocks and the Kia Forum according to the announcement, will support the Rose Bowl show.
