Peermusic has acquired Australian independent publisher 120 Publishing, adding roughly 5,000 works and 120,000 administered copyrights to its catalog. The deal expands Peermusic’s footprint in the Australian market and bolsters its roster of locally administered rights.
As part of the transaction, Karen Hamilton has been named managing director of Peermusic Australia, overseeing the combined operation going forward.
