The Weeknd closed out his After Hours Til Dawn Stadium Tour on Nov. 5 with a final show in Kuala Lumpur, ending a four-year run that began in July 2022. According to the tour’s organizers, the trek spanned 176 shows across 67 cities, 30 countries and five continents, selling more than 9 million tickets and grossing over $1.3 billion, which the promoter says makes it the highest-grossing tour by a male artist in history.

The tour’s Asia leg, its first, expanded from an initially announced 11 dates to 17 due to demand, organizers say, including three nights in Bangkok and four in Hong Kong. In 2026 alone, the tour reportedly sold more than 3 million tickets and grossed over $500 million, and it topped Billboard’s monthly Boxscore chart in July with more than $120 million in gross and nearly 900,000 tickets sold, according to the announcement.

The run also set venue records, including six shows at Toronto’s Rogers Centre, seven at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium, and six sold-out nights at Stade de France in Paris, organizers say. The Weeknd’s team also reports $8.5 million raised to date for the XO Humanitarian Fund and Global Citizen, with $3 million of that raised in 2026 to support the United Nations World Food Programme and a new Global Citizen campaign focused on women and girls.

Separately, The Weeknd released the single “Hong Kong” featuring Faye Wong on Oct. 31, following its live debut during his Hong Kong stadium shows. The label says the track broke first-day streaming records on NetEase Cloud Music and QQ Music, making him the first international artist in five years to top all three major charts on release day on NetEase, according to the announcement.
