Country Radio Broadcasters (CRB) has opened applications for the Rusty Walker Scholarship, which sends one first-time attendee to Country Radio Seminar (CRS) 2027. The application deadline is Nov. 12.

The scholarship, established in 2012, honors the late Rusty Walker, a former CRS board member, Country Radio Hall of Fame inductee and longtime programmer and consultant. Eligibility is limited to full-time radio station employees who have not previously attended CRS. Applicants must submit an online application along with an essay, capped at 500 words, explaining why they should receive the award.

According to the announcement, the recipient will be recognized during CRS 2027 and will receive full event registration, round-trip airfare to Nashville and hotel accommodations at the Omni Nashville Hotel. CRS 2027 is scheduled for March 17-19 in Nashville.

Melbourne producer Torren Foot and UK vocalist rhys from the sticks have released “DANCE,” the first official signing to Good Fortune Records, the new label launched by Dom Dolla. The track is out via Good Fortune Records/Sweat It Out.

According to the announcement, Dom Dolla debuted the track as an ID during his 2025 Sydney stadium show, and it subsequently drew support from DJs including Solomun, Peggy Gou and Michael Bibi over the 2026 European festival season. The label says Torren Foot joined Dolla onstage to perform the track during a recent hometown show in Melbourne.

Torren Foot and rhys from the sticks wrote the song in London, with Foot saying in the announcement that the two completed it within an hour of meeting. Foot previously broke through with “New Bottega,” a 2023 collaboration with Azealia Banks released via Sweat It Out that the label says has topped 80 million streams. Foot has a run of tour dates through early 2026, including shows with Dom Dolla, Afrojack and Sonny Fodera.

Chance the Rapper has won a second trial against his former manager Pat Corcoran, with a ruling requiring Corcoran to hand over merchandise vendor payments tied to their former business relationship. The decision does not specify an exact dollar amount owed.

According to representatives for Chance, the outcome could cost Corcoran up to $1.5 million in forfeited management fees. The case marks the latest development in an ongoing legal dispute between the rapper and his ex-manager.

AEG Presents has acquired Auguri Productions, a Paris-based artist development and concert production company co-founded by Charles Bensmaine. The deal expands AEG’s footprint in the French live music market.
