Primary Wave founder and CEO Larry Mestel received City of Hope’s Spirit of Life Award at an event held Tuesday (October 27) at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. The gala raised millions of dollars for cancer research, according to organizers.
The evening featured performances from Stevie Nicks, Melissa Etheridge and Jackson Browne. City of Hope is a cancer research and treatment organization that regularly partners with the music industry for fundraising efforts.
