Bryan Adams has released a new studio album, How’s It Goin’, via BAD Records. The 13-track collection, framed as a tribute to his native Canada, draws on Celtic folk, country and rock influences and touches on Canadian people, places and history.
The album includes “51st State,” which the label says has drawn nightly standing ovations on tour, and “The Ballad Of Terry Fox,” which appears in the soundtrack of the documentary Run Terry Run. Other tracks, including “Lake Ontario” and “Highway 16,” reference Canadian geography and historical figures.
How’s It Goin’ is available on CD and vinyl, including a gatefold LP edition, as well as a hardback book edition featuring the CD alongside lyrics and imagery tied to the album’s themes. The digital version includes “Lake Ontario” as a bonus track not found on the 12-track physical release.
