Eurosonic Noorderslag (ESNS) has announced 18 Irish acts for its 2027 edition as part of a broader focus on Ireland, the festival’s country-spotlight program. The lineup includes Aaron Rowe, F3miii, THEATRE, mischa and the bear, Esmeralda Road and others, with ESNS saying the artists were drawn largely from Ireland Music Week, the showcase festival run by First Music Contact.
RTE 2FM is partnering with ESNS as media sponsor for the Irish showcase, hosting a program at the Grand Theatre on the festival’s opening Wednesday night featuring Aaron Rowe, F3miii, mischa and the bear and THEATRE. The broadcaster’s Dan Hegarty and Beta DaSilva will host the evening, according to the announcement.
Eurosonic runs January 13-15, 2027 in Groningen, Netherlands, alongside the Noorderslag festival and the ESNS industry conference. The festival also unveiled an initial wave of other European acts for 2027, including Gildaa, Gwenifer Raymond and panicbaby, with the full lineup to be posted on the ESNS website.
