Fever, Parent of Ticketing Platform DICE, Raises $250M at $5.2B Valuation

Fever, the live-entertainment company that owns ticketing platform DICE, has closed a $250 million funding round led by EQT, valuing the business at $5.2 billion. The company describes it as the largest-ever funding round for a live-entertainment tech firm.

Fever said it has more than tripled its revenue over the past three years while staying EBITDA-positive, positioning the raise as a bet on continued growth in live events and ticketing technology.
