Isaiah Rashad has announced the second leg of his “Lil Sunny’s Awful Road Trip” world tour, extending the run in support of his third studio album, “It’s Been Awful.” The new dates take the Top Dawg Entertainment rapper through South Africa, North America, Europe, the UK, Australia and New Zealand, including his first-ever shows in South Africa and first headline dates in Australia and New Zealand.
The added leg also marks the 10th anniversary of “The Sun’s Tirade,” which the label describes as Rashad’s biggest project to date, a certified-platinum release that includes the Kendrick Lamar collaboration “Wat’s Wrong.” The new itinerary includes a hometown stop in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where Rashad is from.
The current North American leg continues through late September, wrapping September 29 with an anniversary show at YouTube Theater in Inglewood, California, spanning material from across his catalog. Presale tickets for the newly announced dates begin September 10, with general onsale starting September 11.
