Saosin has released a new single, “Just Be Honest,” accompanied by a music video directed by bassist Chris Sorenson. The track follows “Starting Over Again,” the band’s debut for Sumerian Records and its first new music in more than a decade, marking the return of vocalist Cove Reber after 14 years.
Guitarist Beau Burchell said the band felt the song was special from its early stages and decided to release it ahead of schedule, calling it part of a larger new body of work. The band is rounded out by guitarist Phil Sgrosso, bassist Chris Sorenson and drummer Alex Rodriguez.
Saosin will launch the U.S. leg of its SELF-TITLED 20th Anniversary Tour on Oct. 23 in Anaheim, California, with dates running through late November. The band says several shows, including stops in Anaheim, Orlando, Philadelphia, Chicago and Denver, are already sold out. Saosin is also scheduled to play Vans Warped Tour in Mexico City and Aftershock Festival in Sacramento before the tour begins, followed by the Emo’s Not Dead Cruise in January 2027.
