Spotify has appointed Niklas Brantberg as Managing Director for the Nordics, with his first day on the job starting Monday, September 7. Brantberg announced the move himself in a LinkedIn post the following day.
He joins Spotify from Overtone Studios, the Sweden-based label where he served as CEO. Brantberg spent 12 years across Overtone and Epidemic Sound before making the jump to the streaming platform.
