Jimmy Herring has announced his newest project called The 5 of 7, a band consisting of Herring on guitar, Kevin Scott on bass, Darren Stanley on drums, Matt Slocum on keyboards, and Rick Lollar on guitar and vocals. Their music style is funk and rock and roll, and they will be hitting the road with a 17-date tour.
