The Audacity have released the official music video for their single “Malibu,” now streaming on all platforms. The video was directed by Dylan Bieber.
The band features Tyler Carter (Issues, ONE OK ROCK) on vocals, guitarist and producer Dru “Falconry” DeCaro, and drummer Manny Dominick. Carter said the song was inspired by a post-pandemic trip to Malibu with friends and marked the band’s first collaborative songwriting effort.
“Malibu” follows earlier singles “Real Talk Fake Friends,” “>ENOUGH,” “More Money Morphine” and “Matterhorn.” According to the band, The Audacity has opened for ONE OK ROCK at two sold-out shows in Los Angeles and Atlanta, surpassed 1.5 million streams, and raised more than $5,000 for Musicians on Call through a self-produced charity event.
