VIP-Booking.com has launched BandPitch PRO, a free platform designed to help venues and festivals manage artist applications for bookings and open calls. The tool replaces email-based submissions with a centralized dashboard that booking teams can use to review music, rate acts and track candidates through negotiation and confirmation.

According to the announcement, venues and festivals receive a dedicated application link and QR code for artists to submit biographies, genre information, lineup details, live experience, images and streaming links from services such as Spotify, YouTube and SoundCloud. The company says the platform is free to use, with no fees, contracts or team-size limits, and is launching in beta open to any venue or festival.

Ronni Didriksen, founder and CEO of VIP-Booking.com, said the platform aims to address both artists who submit music without receiving a response and bookers overwhelmed by incoming email submissions.
