Reliant Talent Agency has hired Michelle Romeo as a corporate agent, the agency announced. Romeo spent more than two decades as a talent buyer, most recently as co-owner of Romeo Entertainment Group, where she booked fairs and festivals including the State Fair of Texas, the Colorado State Fair and the Nebraska State Fair.
Her past client bookings span country, rock, pop, hip-hop, comedy and Christian music, including Kelly Clarkson, Cody Johnson, Nelly, HARDY, Old Dominion, Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias, Steve Miller Band and for KING & COUNTRY, according to the announcement.
Reliant Talent Agency president Steve Lassiter said he has known Romeo for years, having worked previously with her father and grandfather, and that her move to the agency side was a natural progression after years of negotiating with Reliant’s team as a buyer. Reliant is based in Nashville with additional agents in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Denver and Tampa.
