The Ward Organization (TWO), a Nashville-based holding company, has agreed to acquire CaseWorx, an architectural millwork manufacturer based in Hudson, North Carolina. TWO has taken over management of CaseWorx’s operations ahead of the deal’s closing; financial terms were not disclosed.

As part of the transaction, TWO will consolidate its coach conversion operations under Encore Conversion Group NC, LLC (ECG), which builds luxury tour buses for touring artists and crews, at the same Hudson campus. According to the announcement, CaseWorx has long served as an outside manufacturer supplying millwork and assemblies for ECG’s coach builds, and the acquisition formalizes that relationship under one roof.

CaseWorx will retain its name and continue operating from Hudson, gaining access to TWO’s shared services in finance, legal, marketing and technology, and adopting the company’s EOS management framework. John Moore, CaseWorx’s president, will transition out with Ron Thiel set to lead day-to-day operations initially. A ribbon-cutting ceremony with local officials and TWO executives was held October 5 in Hudson.
