Paul McCartney has released a Special Edition of his album “The Boys of Dungeon Lane” digitally, adding three previously unreleased songs and a new “flip mix” version of “Home To Us,” his duet with Ringo Starr that swaps the two musicians’ original vocal parts. The new tracks are titled “City Fox,” “One Night Stand” and “Chelsea Boots.”

A 2LP vinyl edition, pressed on orange and blue marble vinyl with a zoetrope etching and cover artwork by Kate Gibb, is set for release on December 9, alongside a CD version. The artwork draws on more than 100 images from McCartney’s personal collection.

The original album, released in May 2026, was McCartney’s first solo album in more than five years. According to the announcement, it reached number one in the UK — McCartney’s 24th chart-topping album across his solo career, Wings and the Beatles — and achieved top-five debuts in more than a dozen countries. The album was also shortlisted for the 2026 Mercury Prize, marking what the announcement describes as McCartney’s first nomination for the award.
