John Mayer confirmed a big set of tour dates this morning, which will mean the rest of his summer is busy following the busy Dead and Company itinerary. Tickets for the tour will go on sale to the public on February 1st, and he’ ll be auctioning off two pairs of front row tickets from each show to help some of his favorite charities.

Dead and Company don’ t really hit the road again until end of May, where the band plays the old Grateful Dead haunt Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, California. Meanwhile Mayer’ s tour will kick off on July 19th in Albany, NY before making its way all the way out to finish with two nights at The Forum in Los Angeles on September 13-14th.
