The lineup for this year’s LOCKN’ Festival was just announced and it’s MASSIVE! Returning to the Infinity Downs & Oak Ridge Farm in Arrington, Virginia, this year’s festival will feature a few jamband heavyweights agreeing to link up and play some sets together as well as a slew of up-and-coming artists gracing the scene with new tunes and a bright future ahead of them.
LIVE faves like Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, Gary Clark, Jr., and Khruangbin will all be on the first day of the lineup. For the second day, the organizers will welcome The Revivalists, Edie Brickell & New Bohemians, and Trey Anastasio Band will headline and will be welcoming Derek Trucks as a special guest. Yessssss!
For the final night of the festival everything will be capped off by Bob Weir and Wolf Bros, who will welcome Susan Tedeschi to their second set for what will likely be a soulful affair. I’m sure that won’t be the only special guest they bring up. Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit and moe. will also help close out the event.
