ONErpm has restructured its roughly 200-person global marketing and promotion team into a system of Global and Regional Hubs, according to the company. The reorganization combines internal promotions with new hires and is designed to coordinate artist development across territories while leaving local teams in charge of day-to-day artist relationships, the company says.
The new structure is led by Iasmine Amazonas, promoted to chief marketing officer, and Isaac Miranda, named global marketing director. Global specialty hubs cover paid media, DSP relationships, international marketing and YouTube marketing, with executives including George D’Errico as global head of streaming partnerships and Jenna LoMonaco as SVP of international marketing. New hire Caroline Abs will oversee additional hubs spanning design, social media, studios and institutional marketing and PR. Regional hubs covering the U.S., Latin America, Brazil and Lusophone markets, Russia and Eastern Europe, Europe and Africa, and APAC are each assigned a lead, with the APAC role still to be filled.
ONErpm says it now employs more than 600 staff across 48 offices in 37 countries, having opened 24 of those offices in the past five years. The company points to recent campaigns for artists including Ghana’s DopeNation, Brytiago, and Max Styler and Ali Love as examples of the cross-territory promotion approach the new hub system is intended to formalize.
