Palaye Royale plans to announce a new album titled “Amsterdamage” along with a major international tour, according to an announcement from the band’s press representatives. The news is set to be revealed at a press conference Friday at Virgin Music’s London offices, with brothers Remington Leith, Sebastian Danzig and Emerson Barrett expected to discuss the making of the record.
According to the announcement, the band will address how personal tragedy nearly ended the group, framing the new album as a project that almost did not happen. The Las Vegas-based band has cited British acts including Paul Weller, The Libertines, Yungblud and The Kooks as influences and collaborators over its career.
Beyond music, the band has built a broader brand that includes streetwear collections, graphic novels and a cosmetics line, the announcement says.
