On the iconic Charlotte Motor Speedway this 29 August 2020, Avett Brothers announced an forthcoming drive-in concert.
On the day before the show, the Band is preparing for the release of its latest LP, The Third Gleam. With supporters socially distanced in their cars, the band will play live on the backstretch of the racing surface with the stage projected on the speedway’s 16,000 square foot tv screen, one of the biggest screens in the world.
Tickets will be sold by car and pre-selling tickets will be available Thursday, 16 July. On Friday 17 July, they will be open to the public.
