Dreamliner Luxury Coaches, which manages a fleet of 225 Prevost tour buses, has launched Caprice Coaches, a new division offering 12-month coach leases aimed at artists and productions that tour year-round. The roughly 40-vehicle Caprice fleet includes star coaches, crew coaches and a studio coach, drawn primarily from custom Hemphill Brothers builds, and is positioned as a lower-cost alternative to newer luxury coaches.
Each lease pairs a client-selected coach with a dedicated driver for the full year, and Caprice vehicles are backed by Dreamliner’s existing service infrastructure, including centers in all four continental U.S. time zones, 24/7 road support and dispatch, and five rescue coaches stationed nationwide for backup.
Rich Thomson, founder and CEO of Dreamliner Luxury Coaches, said the new venture is meant to give more artists access to an affordable coach option supported by an experienced operations team, as touring costs continue to climb. The company says Caprice is designed for developing and established acts, club and theater tours, and budget-conscious productions, as well as management and production companies coordinating transportation across multiple artists. Caprice is now taking inquiries for 2027 leases.
